Complaint Timelines

To serve you efficiently, we request all complaints be made within the specified timelines:

  • Within 24 Hours: For complaints related to physical damage or wrong product, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Within 7 Days: For software or connectivity issues, complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • After 7 Days: Any complaints made after 7 days will be considered for repair only.

Warranty Exemptions

We offer repair or replacement for products that are found to be defective or malfunctioning. However, the following conditions must be met to qualify for a valid warranty claim:

  • Bluetooth Range: Ensure the Bluetooth range does not exceed 10 meters during usage.

  • Charging Guidelines: Do not use fast chargers or overcharge the device.

  • App Connectivity: The respective mobile app must be running in the background for full functionality.

  • Water Resistance: Follow all precautionary steps; water resistance does not mean waterproof.

  • Battery Timings: Battery life may vary based on usage and connectivity.

  • Health Features: Our smartwatches are not medical devices. They are designed for lifestyle and fitness tracking only.

  • Visual Differences: The delivered product may slightly differ in appearance due to display and lighting effects.

  • Shock Resistance: Devices must be handled with care. Drops or impacts may void the warranty.

If any of these guidelines are breached, the warranty may not be honored.

Warranty Guidelines

To make the warranty process easier and more transparent, please follow these guidelines:

  • The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for any warranty claim.

  • The warranty covers repair or replacement of the product only — no refunds.

  • If the exact variant is unavailable, a similar model or different color may be offered.

Policy Validity & Limitations

Your warranty will not be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Normal wear and tear, including dullness or discoloration due to regular use.

  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, display dust, or visibility under sunlight.

  • Warranty expiration, regardless of how often the product was used.

  • Incorrect use that contradicts the warranty criteria or product guidelines.

  • Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, water damage, power fluctuations, liquid spills, excessive force, abnormal voltage, or environmental factors beyond control.

  • Pets, children, or accidental abuse of the product.
