Eligibility for Return & Exchange

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

A return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.

A valid purchase invoice from Computer Zone is required.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Click on “Request Return” or “Exchange” and provide the required details and reason for return.

Shipping charges for returns are to be borne by the customer unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.

Certain items such as software, digital licenses, or special-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method.
